Holly Kivela is the owner of a small bakery in beautiful sunny St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. The bakery specializes in island weddings and all celebrations. Using traditional and new age techniques they create some of the best desserts in the islands. When Holly is not baking, she spends her time with her husband Kyle and their animals, in their garden or at the beach with a great book. Even though now her passion is baking and creating beautiful desserts, she has a life long love for art, pottery and crafts, which she has incorporated into the daily life of VI Desserts. Holly has been baking all her life, growing up with wonderful parents, always baking and creating food and desserts from scratch. She looks forward to baking and creating for your next Caribbean dessert!
